Krążek wyprodukował cztery single na Wyspach, z najlepiej sprzedającym się "Heartland" (UK #29) włącznie. Poza wspomnianym na listy trafiły tytułowy "Infected" (UK #48), "Slow Train to Dawn" (UK #64) i "Sweet Bird of Truth" (UK #55).
Pomimo tego, że sam album osiągnął maksymalnie 14 pozycję, pozostał w zestawieniu aż 30 tygodni, co czyni go największym komercyjnym sukcesem zespołu.
